Scimeca's Italian Sausage

Great deli with excellent sandwiches. I had the chicken pesto melt which was delicious. The servings were hefty, prices reasonable, staff was friendly, and the place was immaculately clean. I’m looking forward to heading back again!

I accidentally parked in their parking lot one day and got fenced in because they closed shortly after. I went into the office and talked to the owner who was very nice and let me out. I asked some questions about their history and he filled me in- very cool family business. The next time I saw their sausages at the store I bought some and it’s the best I’ve ever had. I made sausage and pepper hoagies and everyone agreed it’s very good!

I buy the Mild Italian Scimeca's sausage every year to make my sausage stuffing for Thanksgiving. My kids love it. Family and friends always compliment. It really has the best flavor and seasoned perfectly. Thanks for helping me make my dish perfection.

I work here. We have the best sausage ever. It is a family oriented company and up there we are all like one big family. It's lots of fun. And like I said our fresh made products are AMAZING.

there is no better Italian Sausage. I travel for a living and love meat. I think Scimeca makes the best sausages. I always pick some up when I am in KC. they make great chicken sausages and chicken meatballs. their marinara sauce is among the beat I have ever tried. You have to at least try it and form your own opinion.

I have been eating Scimecas Italian sausage as long as I can remember 50+yrs. As a child our family would go to Scimecas, to Roma bakery for fresh bread and home for a amazing breakfast. I have tried other sausages but to this day Scimecas is the best. BEST! Also try their hot dogs. Amazin

I used to always buy the sausage as it was one of the few out there that did not have MSG, but now they have added it, so that is why there are only 3 stars instead of 5. I wanted to email them and tell them how disappointed I am and I won't buy it again as I can get cheaper sausage with msg and the taste isn't that much different. I am extremely disappointed. :

Tried their Medium Italian Sausage links with some leftover scrambled eggs sprinkled with black pepper and seasoned salt. Good stuff, good stuff. Definitely gonna have to come back for more.
