I had a 4000 mile service on my Kymco scooter. Although it was pricy my scooter is running great. We dont have many choices for scooter repair in Albuquerque so I I hope this shop will survive.

Parts and Service "manager" Rob didnt want to try to talk to me about working on a clutch assembly or hand the phone to a tech who could tell me whether they could do the work. He SHOULD be going out of his way to get the work and keep any potential customers happy.

I walked into the store the end of July 2020. The salesperson never greeted us, acknowledge, or even look in our direction. I was ready to buy a scooter. Cash in hand. Oh well.

The place is really empty due to supply chain issues. Italy and Japanese it doesn't matter.

Tiny selection and when you need help with anything that’s not a discount vespas, they won’t be bothered. Plus they like to get confrontational if you press the issue.

These guys rock.. Very knowledge . honest pricing.. Only certified kymco repairs in town ...
