Their hours make it challenging to return it on time and there isn't an after hours return. Got charged a full extra day because of it. Speedometer didn't work. Ran fair otherwise.

Nice, easygoing people to work with. We rented a motorcycle quick from here for 3 days. Everything ran good and we had a great time. Highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and helpful. We rented two mopeds for a three days. One of the mopeds was older and frequently stalled while idling. When we took the moped back to address the issue, the manager adjusted the idle and it worked for a time. We visited a second time as the issue persisted. He said he would have traded out the moped for different one had they not been all rented out. This was a minor inconvenience and didn't hamper our ability to travel around the southern part of the island. One should note that there is only a fifteen mile radius for these mopeds and they cannot legally travel on the highway. Helmets and a U-lock for the back wheel were provided. The price point for this rental shop was lower than surrounding stores, but actual rental price varied from the listed price.

We were unable to obtain a rental through one of the larger car companies on the island. The manager/owner did the utmost best to provide us with moped rentals for two days, in which we were able to see the city like no other. When we returned, we inquired about potentially renting a vehicle as Easter and spring break were upon us almost ever place on the island was sold out. We received a vehicle on top of impeccable customer service, and at a very affordable rate, thank you Oahu scooter Rentals, we will be back soon!

Went in to ask about 2 rentals. There was a very young dark haired girl there who looked angry that we even bothered her to come in. They wanted $45 for a rental a piece for 24 hours and I asked her being as we were at the hotel across the street, if we could park them back in their lot at night. Makes sense right? It's their own lot and rental? Safest place for their property to be. "No, you are responsible for it". She replied. Yes mam, I get that, even if I park it back here on your lot. " " NO you aren't parking it here." I can deal with no you can't park it here, I can't deal with rude. 9/11/17 9:30am. You can only ride locally and there is no upgraded package to allow you to go further. Granted I only asked once and didn't badger her about it and I was polite.

Super friendly and easy. Great rates, located right downtown. Go rent a scooter and see the island!

DO NOT RENT! ILLEGAL SCOOTERS! We got pulled over by the police telling us the insurance decals are expired! When we told the folks back at the rental shop, they knew this!!! How can you do business knowing your mopeds are NOT STREET LEGAL!?

Awesome! We just called and gave them our name, and when we showed up they had 3 mopeds ready for us to rent. We kept them 3 days, and they were a blast! Definitely the best way to see the island

Dirtiest, sorriest people in the world. Can't show up on time first of all. Then they don't have the right vehicle that I reserved with them 4 days later. Very inconfident... Then I ask about renting another vehicle they give me a quote and then when I go to pick up the vehicle they didn't stand behind their quote. Too bad they lost my business and the rest of our company's business also there is about 60 of us staying across the street and none of us will rent from them

Friendly and easy/quick rental. One moped was in great condition, my husbands not as much but got us through the day! Easy location to pick up and return for us!
