My recent visit to Scooters was nothing short of a disaster. The staff failed to fulfill even the most basic aspects of my order. Despite requesting a specific size, I was given the wrong one. Additionally, my coffee lacked the cream, sugar, and caramel syrup I had explicitly asked for. To add insult to injury, I was charged twice for what should have been a $1 coffee. This level of service is completely unacceptable. It’s clear that this establishment lacks both competence and customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this place to prevent similar frustration.
I went to three scooters and none of them have change When I go to the scooters on 36 the one on twin , they always have good service. They always have change and they always have product. These other stores that are on cornhusker they never had they never have products. The only one I give five stars two is the one on 370 by the twin creek Every time I go there, I always have wonderful customer service. They always have money so they can change Big bills
Was not familiar with the hours but the lights were on and girls inside. Pulled up no response. I asked are you open and got no response. Honked my horn no response. Left pulled up the hours saw I was early so I waited. Came back at 5:30 and was met with very rude service. Not to mention my drink absolutely sucked. I got a Carmel latte but they left out the carmel.
This location is very friendly and accurate with our orders. Easy to stop for a quick drink or snack on the go.Food: 5/5
Went to the scooters 30 minutes before close, which I thought was a reasonable time, and was not helped at the drive thru. I wasn’t able to get my drink and had to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed!Food: 1/5
advertises they have nitro coldbrew but doesnt have it responded to the contact page as suggested below. I noticed the app doesnt seem to have the leave comment about your visit feature so at least the page has it.Service: 5/5
Got a iced latte since Starbucks was over crowded. First time at a scooters. He made the drink quickly and was an enjoyable young man to do business with...good drink. Will go back there again in near futureFood: 5/5
I am writing to express my disappointment in the poor customer service I received at your drive-thru on 5/12/2023 at approximately 2:00. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received on this visit. Firstly, the staff member who took my order was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked a question about the separate check, the tone of voice was rude and sound rushing, and not letting me finish to speak, making me feel like I was bothering them. Overall, I found the customer service at your drive-thru to be lacking. I hope that in the future, your staff can show greater courtesy and efficiency to ensure that other customers do not have to endure a similarly frustrating experience.
Every time we go here our drinks are made incorrectly. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And btw, a pumpkin caramelicious is supposed to come with whipped cream which is the best part of the drink, so thanks for not giving me that on my drink. Also, everyone who works here is always extremely rude and acts like we are being an inconvenience to them by coming to a COFFEE shop and asking for COFFEE. Like oh my gosh, how dare your customers do such a thing.
Went through drive through. Great staff. All smiles. I just don't like the taste of their coffee. I keep trying over the years and the tast never gets better. It tastes watered down, lacks kick, and the flavor is light. Gross.Food: 2/5
