Story

SCORE Mentors Portland OR is a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship. They have been doing this for over fifty years. Because SCORE is a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and thanks to a national network of 10,000+ volunteers, they are able to deliver their services at no charge or at very low cost. SCORE can provide free and confidential business MENTORING in person or via email/video, free business TOOLS, inexpensive or free business WORKSHOPS (locally) and webinars (online 24/7). Mission

Portland SCORE provides free and confidential one-on-one business consulting and mentoring in order to strengthen the local and national economy. With proven experience in a wide range of areas and industries,
our volunteer counselors can help clients grow a current business or pursue their dream of building a new business. SCORE provides counseling services without charge, weekdays in our downtown office or by appointment, and low-cost workshops on a variety of business topics.
