Worst customer service experience of my life. I purchased a small piece of art and it was not as advertised in the store. Once I found out, I immediately contacted my sales person and she one of the owners, Ania told me I could return it as is. Once I got there the next day, she informed me she had changed her mind! When the back and forth was going too long I had said that I needed to pick up my child from school and she said, “she can wait”. It was a horrible, sad and degrading experience and I only hope no one has to experience this. Therefore I urge you to think twice before buying anything, small or large, from this place.

Great-looking furniture but be careful with custom orders and delivery. We spent a great deal of money customizing an entry piece for our apartment. Scott did an amazing job and it looks beautiful. However, when it was time to have it delivered, it did not fit in our building's freight elevator. Scott has a policy of $20 per flight of stairs for walking materials up the stairs. When I spoke with Scott to discuss this he was very defensive on the phone and did not take responsibility for the over site of not checking this. The quality of his service left a bad taste in our mouths-- for spending so much money and working so closely with his employees we felt he should have been more empathetic and the satisfaction of the customer should have been more important to him. It wouldn't feel good to continue doing business with him, so sadly, we won't.

Over the years I've been buying his furniture. I have total praise for it and the service! Anyone who sees it remarks on the beauty. Dressers, coffee table, dining table and chairs, entertainment center, chair and sleeper sofa! The best!
