Horrible experience $1,300 for a fuel pump. Picked it up and they stated it needs a catalytic converter now. Sent us down the road with a car that is doing the same thing..Stalling…They told us to take it to an exhaust place that sent us to another place. Will never be back.
I went there yesterday to see about a headlight for my car they said 400 bucks bc its a hid light well I went to auto zone after I got the light out it was not a hid light and it didn't cost 400 the light was 30 bucks and took me 10 minutes to put it in good yr lied to me and tried to rip me off and claim it took a hr and half for the light change along with trying to say my car needed a more expensive light then needed do not trust these bozos
These guys are awesome. Their tires are 50 bucks cheaper than the dealership I bought my truck from, and much better quality as well. The two times I’ve gone was without an appointment but they still got my ride back to me same day. Also left my nice water jug there, and had the decency to call me a couple min later to grab it real quick. I’m sure the experience is much better with an appointment, but it’s only because they’re always busy. Go here for your vehicle needs!!
If you want your tire change to take 7+ hours this is the place to go.
Worthless, they had 5 guys sitting around staring at each other trying to figure out who was the ugliest when I first walked in. Then I told them I had no spare and had a hole in my tire which needed a patch. They laughed and said sorry I only got two guys and 3 cars in front of you so I might have to close before I can get to you. He said I could wait if I like but he wasn't making any promises. Like that was an actual option for me to sit and wait 3 hours until they closed only to be stranded. Sorry the 15 minutes it would take to patch a tire might cut into your weekend
simply, they failed to catch a failed brake light during my oil change, resulting in a ticket just a few days later. in a certain since, i guess "it happens...". that said, i did assume this was checked when i got my oil changed, so i was surprised with the officer said it was out. when i called in to GOODYEAR to inquire, i led by asking if they normally check brake lights during oil changes. he confirmed that they do. as i shared that i'd gotten a ticket, he quickly back tracked, saying it doesn't get done every time... pointing to the 3 days gap from when i'd been in and when i was pulled over, telling me he's not going to "incriminate himself" by admitting that there's a chance it was broken the day i brought it in. i wasn't looking for him to pay my ticket, i was truly fact finding because it was my understanding that this was something that would have been caught. i was planning on coming in to have it fixed. but after he got crossed up, things turned. he admitted there was no record of whether or not my brake light was working or not, though i assume if it wasn't he would charged me to replace it... he said i could come in and pay to have the light fixed an obvious, and far less attractive option after the way it was handled. it was my plan to, until he decided somehow this was not their problem... i'm happy to pay my ticket. still, this likely is their error, though it's impossible to prove. moreover, the customer service shown once the situation was what it was, was awful.
I had 2 tires I need to be repaired and I also had a 8 month old baby with me who is not in a good mood. They got both tires fixed in 35 minutes after I made an appointment and were so helpful I really appreciate it.
Very friendly, nice and fast... Just one hiccup, not their fault tho, tires delivery delayed cause of Covid-19 and none in the state...
My go to place for auto service, repairs, tires. Helpful and knowledgable staff.
Pats tires was great...
