It's ok. Staff is friendly. Drinks and snacks are cheap. Very afforable. Seats need a little updating. Sound was great. Get there early...at least 45 minutes. Unless you want to park on the side street. Not enough parking to seating ratio.
I highky recommend tgis place. This is a great location to plan any type if event; wedding, formal or informal party or reunion. The palace is stunning on the inside and the rooms are spacious and accommodating. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional.
Great venue!! We saw a comedy show, it was sold out. The act was great and the accommodations were perfect. I have to mention the wine and beer 'sippy' cups that they sell so you can take into the theater. It was worth every dime of the $10 because I will use them always. Definitely recommend this place for a concert or show!
Sound system is very good. There was not enough space for my legs. My knees were up against the seat in front of me. I was uncomfortable and left at intermission.

OMG.... My cousin was married here Saturday... What an AMAZING place... EXCELLENT food n staff !! Bathrooms spotless. It is beautifully set up...gorgeous staircase n decor... I would recommend this to everyone getting married... What a beautiful venue!!! Loved it!!
It's a beautiful old place, that doesn't have a bad seat in the house.
