I used them twice now and the potties are in great shape almost new. Very clean and has hand sanitizer and toilet paper. They pickup within a week of the event which may be a problem for some but I was fine with it. Will definitely use again!
I called due to the condition of one of their potties. The lady who answered the phone was real polite and the next day it was cleaned and stocked. I was shocked I figured it was going to be longer. Thank you from us delivery people who frequent your potties.
They were great to order from and it was clean but now we CANT GET RID OF IT! They refuse to tell us when they’re picking it up and the girl I talked to was SOOO RUDE! For a one day event, we’ve now been stuck with this thing for a whole week and no end in sight. Not worth it.
We ordered from Scotty's 3 years in a row. Tho we had to beg them to remove,the last 2 years,we ordered again this year. Due to illness we had to cancel as they delivered to address. We expected a huge fee maybe but ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND. OK!! Guess who lost a repeat customer. Thanks anyway, SCOTTY'S POTTY'S
