I'm from out of town and was so happy when my friend said there was a scrapbook store close by. I was excited to check it out. But was very disappointed 2 minutes after walking in. I wish I could rate the employees separately, because I would give Sonia a 5+ star, she was very welcoming, helpful and patient. But the "Manager" was really rude, very condescending and not helpful at all. Be sure you go in there and you are specific about what you want and make sure you know whether the items you're asking for is current or discontinued. Otherwise, the product will be snatched out of your hands and you will be told, "be more specific the next time". Not sure how much more specific a customer can be when I specifically asked for a product by brand name and description...but okay if you say so. However, as the "Manager" was leaving, she made sure she announced to my group that she was selling chocolates for her daughter. And yes I did purchase a few candy bars to support her daughter, just hope her daughter is more grateful then her mom. The aisles are tight, and the product is crammed in there. Also, a lot of the product in the store is discontinued and outdated. I even found used stamps priced at the regular price. If you're looking for older product and don't care about customer service, this store is all for you. But if you appreciate good customer service and still want older product, call and ask for Sonia before wasting your time heading there. The competitor down the street turned my disappointing scrapbook shopping day, into a more pleasant experience. I recommend taking an extra few minutes and shopping there instead. You'll find great customer service,, current items and everything is organized and spaced out.

I went to this store looking for Las Vegas themed items. They do have a good selection, but expensive. The salesperson seemed condescending and a little rude. She offered cardboard to protect the paper I had bought since she knew we had flown in. They do not give you a receipt, but email it to you. That's when I found out was charged $2 for a piece of cardboard. She never mentioned there was a fee or I would not have accepted it. I really feel like they need to tell you there is a fee and let you decide if you want it. Total ripoff!

If your disabled. Don’t bother. If you have a trained service dog don’t bother. The staff won’t even let you see past the lobby area because she doesn’t want the dog there. I was hoping to plan my wedding invites. I can’t help my disability, But you can help your customer service.

This is a place for a true scrapper!!! The inventory was great and updated to the newest items. Kandy was even stocking my stuff when I was there. She had various machines too and cartridges galore. I wish I was close so I could go back and crop. Kandy told me that when a person buys a machine from her she gives them lessons on how to use it. That's wonderful because so machine machines and no hands on instructions.

The mother of all scrapbook stores. You name it, she has it. Papers stickers pens tools storage display albums stamps on and on. Allow yourself plenty of time to stroll through here, you can't see everything in one quick walk through. The owner is kind and helpful. I love shopping at locally owned stores instead of big box chains you are treated better and you are feeding the local economy in a more profound way. What ever your paper needs they have it here.

I had such a fun time at ScrapbooksRUs! The store is a scrapbookers heaven! Beautiful paper everywhere, embellishments galore! Oh I was in heaven! I purchased some items and the owner shipped them to my home so it wouldn't put more weight in my suitcase! If u come to Vegas I would recommend stopping by!

This little shop is a hidden gem! It caters to scrapbookers hints the name but I was able to find fun items I could use. Pricing is so much more affordable than Michael's or another high end retail chain. The owner is super knowledgeable and the nicest ever! Definitely recommend!

Had such a good time today, found many one of a kind treasures, and discovered a new Australian line of products. Kandy was delightful, a wonderful balance of helpful suggestions and time on my own. A terrific “me-time” experience. Wish I lived closer but will be shopping her website.

Visiting scrapbookRUs was like in heaven she had everything I wanted and some. The owner was very nice and friendly the whole time I visit. What you wanted she had stickers,embellished,album,cardstock, different pattern paper, stamps. She have it all. I love the set up

I've heard nothing but positive reviews! I'm an avid scrapbooker, along with having an addiction to Planners, TN's, Washi & Sticker's! I can't wait, to visit this lovely store! There's not many, in Las Vegas. So I hope you stay here forever lol. I'm extremely excited, I found you and can't wait to visit!
