What the picture doesn't say: Charles was fantastic and did this in about 20 minutes. No appointment necessary, in and out, and VERY reasonably priced. Very highly recommended!
I needed a semi-emergency repair for my old phone. I came by on a Wednesday afternoon and Mr. Charles told me he could have the replacement part the next day. It was fixed in about 30 minutes the day the replacement part arrived, the cost was more than reasonable, and he was very courteous/professional! The office is clean, neat, and complimentary coffee is even provided. Even though I brought my phone in, I will definitely keep him in mind for potential computer repair as well!
I was glad that they ordered the part for my phone without making me purchase in advance. Fidel kept me in the loop throughout the order process and was quick to repair my phone. Very thorough. While I hope to never have reason to visit again, if the need arises, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them.
They were great! The screen repair only took 45 minutes because I went right when they opened. Also the price is comparable to other places who fix screen but the good thing about Screen Remedy is that 50% of all proceeds go to charity. I definitely recommend it!
Did a great job. Replaced my Motorola cell phone glass. He actually checked Ebay to make sure there wasn't a replacement that was cheaper than the repair $95. As I was leaving he said there was a 60 guarantee, but if something happened after that to give them a call and they would work something out.
This place was great! It took less than 30 minutes for the technician to fix my son's phone, which was horribly shattered. The tech was nice and I would definitely recommend.
They fixed my son’s broken iphone that was smashed to hell and made it look brand new. Fast service at a ridiculously affordable price. Can’t say enough good things. Charles was extremely helpful.
Tried fixing broken iphone screen myself with new parts .... don't do this, way more involved than youtube vids show, missing key steps, and wound up damaging more internal parts. Charles provided excellent and fast service, 30 minute turn around, and great price in a very clean shop. Cant recommend enough. If dropped again, make that when dropped again, Charles is my go-to.
Friendly, fast service for my cracked iPad screen. Would recommend!
