SDK is a boutique full service equipment based Pilates Studio offering reformer, tower & chair classes at the restorative, intermediate and advanced levels. Small group classes allow individual attention to modifications. Private appointments available for post-rehabilitation from injury, surgery and illness. Great for sports - golf, running, cycling, hiking, tennis - improves performance and prevents overuse injuries. Lots of natural light in a quiet setting conveniently located by the Fairgrounds.
