Sean and Blanca were great! They always had a positive attitude and answered all the questions that my husband I had throughout the process. This was especially important to us since it was the first house that we purchased. They were very fast in scheduling showings, and when we found the house that we wanted, they guided us and gave us very useful advice. Finally, I loved the fact that they gave us a gift for your new home! We met Sean and Blanca through a social group, and liked them immediately. We thought of them when we were ready to buy a house. They showed us how they go about the process of buying/selling houses, and we liked what we saw, and soon began touring houses together. Eventually we found a house we loved, and wanted to put in an offer. Sean and Blanca gave us advice based on their experience, and offered suggestions on making the offer. Our offer was accepted, but that wasn't the end of their hard work. They continued to work on a daily basis to ensure that the inspections and improvement work was done according to the acceptance documents. After we closed on the house, Sean and Blanca continued to follow-up with us with the house to make sure that we were comfortable, and that everything was just was we wanted.
