Sears Appliance Repair

I Called Sears Customer Service Center to inquire about a labor charge that I paid when there was no labor, only a diagnoses of the problem. Two weeks later, no response from the manager of the HVAC service and no response to my e-mail. These people are crooks.

He was on time and we were lucky that it was a very easy repair. He was efficient and respectful.

Diagnosis was superb. Microwave fixed on site. Sharp technician.
