The materials recommended to us by the sales rep are of the highest quality and the installer went above and beyond to do the job right. All the phone reps kept me well informed and the schedule moving quickly. Worth every penny we spent and won't bother looking elsewhere to have future work done.

Sears installed a new furnace/ac unit. Everyone involved, the salesman, installers, office staff were pleasant and helpful and took time to explain everything. The installers were done in half a day. I was impressed with the quality of work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

So far so good with the new system. It replaced a 25+ year system that was working fine, so, I'm a bit superstitious about replacing something that isn't broken, but, we went ahead. Some after work clean up that left a bit to be desired, as we had to a couple hours to get a rust stain out of a carpet and shards of metal vacuumed.<div class="JRGY0
