Sears

Store is closing and has great deals on the little stuff they have left. Baby clothes is super cheap, like as low as $1.50. Got a Kenmore standing mixer for an awesome price, $199.

I stopped in for the nostalgia. Unfortunately Sears is not what it used to be, however the cashiers seemed engaged and the store was immaculately kept as compared to other Sears stores. Kudos for the awesome authentic- retro sign outside.

Not a bad store, because it has a little bit if everything but Super Slow registers and NO BASKETS. You get that, NO BASKETS AVAILABLE. I COUNTED 3 IN THE WHOLE STORE. Employees are not helpful either. Its 3 stars because of what I was able to buy my niece for her birthday and its convenience. But other than that, it needs some major adjustments.

I have been a Sears customer for almost 45 years. I'm sorry to see the business struggling in recent years. Sears sells good merchandise. They really need to push their online business. If the business model does not change, Sears will not survive. Craftsman tools were always one of Sears' strong points. They sold the brand to Stanley Black & Decker. The last time I visited this store there were more empty pegs in the Home Improvement department than stocked ones. They do offer some excellent sales on sales.

ordering process and pickup super smooth.... getting the right part not so good..... the GLASS TRAY in my microwave cracked due to abuse and was 13.5" across... I googled for trays and had the model number.. the best i came up with was **9 different trays** for that model on third party sites.. so just to be sure; i went to kenmore's site, put in the model number and ordered the $70 tray.. I got it home and it was 11.5" across instead of 13.5. So i have this big microwave area and a little tray. I thought having the EXACT MODEL NUMBER, i would get the tray. Here's a thought sears... stamp the part number on the tray or put an EXPLODED PARTS VIEW in the user manual with part numbers.. I think the process has gotten too complex and fancy and going back to go old part numbers so the customer can easily look up and order by part number and not depend on the vendor's catalog would be nice.. otherwise the procurement of the part was very efficient

The customer service is very slow, it takes 45 minutes to be able to pay but there are very good offers..

Quite honestly, Sears is one of my favorite stores to shop. I always find something that fits me good and that's hard to do, including shoes. The store nearest me is officially closing for good and I hope this store doesn't meet that same fate. So, I was pressed for time, but almost immediately found a cute top to wear for Christmas. I usually grab a couple of sizes just in case, but I only grabbed a large and it fit perfect. The only problem, and this is a constant problem, was the long wait to check out. I don't know why it takes so long to check out each customer, but my husband was in the long hardware line as I shopped a little more, tried on my shirt and he was finally done while I now waited in line. Of course, when I'm next, that cashier ends up on the phone for awhile and the other cashier still had the customer that was in front of me. When she hangs up, she angrily, frustratingly yells NEXT! Not the kind of assistance I want after patiently waiting, but I seemed to check out in no time compared to everyone else. I'd love to give you 5 stars if you could figure out how to move your lines a bit faster.

'In vehicle pick up service' is great. It was at the back of the building. I parked at the designated location and check in the Sears app. They brought my items in less than 5 minutes. In fact they guarantee it. Very helpful if you are making big item purchases.

This is, by far, the best Sears I have ever been to. The customer service is exceptional and the quality of items is better than most shopping mall locations. The prices are very fair and they have lots of variety. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely return to this location. It seems like the stand alone Sears are better than the mall locations. If you have a choice between locations, make your way to this one.
