I wish I could give them 00000 stars!!!!! I purchased a riding lawn mower on 2/19/2018 believing that I had gotten a good deal. Due to weather conditions, it was not necessary to cut the grass until 4/24/2018. When I tried to use the mower on that date, it made a funny noise and the blade would not engage. I contacted the warranty company and was informed that the first available appointment to look at the mower would be 5/23/2018. I then in turn called the local store and spoke with the manager (Julie). She proceeded to tell me about the thirty day exchange policy. I explained to her that this was the first time the mower was used to cut the lawn and that the policy should be waived. I also inquired about an exchange or refund as the lawn mower had never been used. I also stated that it was not fair for me to wait almost a month for service. The manager (Julie) then informed me that she would talk with her boss regarding the matter and get back with me. I contacted the store after a week passed as Julie never returned the promised call. I spoke with the assistant manager (Gwen). She stated that she would speak to Julie and call me back. Gwen returned the call later that day and informed me that Julie and the managers had decided that I would have to wait on the service person. Four things I have learned from this experience; 1. I should have read the reviews before I bought the lawn mower. 2. I thought that I had purchased a brand new lawn mower but got JUNK. 3. I was not dealing with a credible person. I was lied to. 4. I will never ever buy anything again from them and will spread the word to family and friends.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Got a dryer, picked up in-store, took home and installed but it did not work. This is a GE appliance that has a 1 year manufacturing warranty (the reason we got this brand). Called to make sure the 30 day return period was correct, we were told when we purchased this item. Was told by the GM that a service technician must come to our house and inspect this item before it's returned because it was picked up and not delivered. If we would have purchased the samsung with no factory warranty we would be paying out of pocket for a technician to come inspect. I NOW HAVE TO WAIT 10 DAYS FOR THE INSPECTION (THIS IS THE EARLIEST THEY HAD). I have wet clothes now and dryer that does not work!! To bad because we are about to remodel our entire kitchen and WAS going to purchase from here. We simply could have exchanged/returned the item and had a working machine within the 24 hours of purchase. We were lied to about a 30 day return policy. GM Very nice in-store BUT ONCE IT CAME TO THE RETURN HE WAS NOT NICE. Never again will I purchase from this store. Once the technician comes out I will return this item no matter what now because I don't believe they deserve the money.

*if there was a way to give a lower score, trust me I would! Brought a drop in glass cooktop that had an issue. Called Sears and they sent out Able Appliance. Prior to the repairman's visit we KNEW our glass cooktop was not broken, cracked or chipped! In an attempt to check the cooktop, the repairman broke the glass trying to lift it. While mistakes happen, it should never be at the expense of the customer! Because the repairman lied the glass is not being covered. We hold Sears equally responsible because when given proof they failed to hold Able Appliance accountable for their unethical practices demonstrated by their employees who represent them! I have contacted the BBB as well as ALL local TV stations and news outlets to inform them of the unethical practices of Able Appliance contracted by Sears. I will write a bad review EVERYDAY!

Store is 65% big appliances. I went looking for tools and such which is only 2% of the store. (Not worth it for tools) Deals were decent on the appliances. You can look online to see what they have in the store.

Good deals, but the people are very rude and act as if they don't want to be bothered. Its like pulling teeth just to get assistance - geesh! I guess all the complaints are true. I may need to send this up to corporate.
