My husband Robert and me bought a washer and dryer at sears outlet in Florence ky. yesterday and we had an awesome experience thank you Brandon and Eric.. You both was a BLESSING TO THIS SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER... God bless you both...

Bought a new fridge and stove. Anthony and Brandon were very helpful. Took care of everything for me. Helped me get the best deal. This is the best place to get great deals!

I wish I could give this place a NEGATIVE amount of stars! Around this time last year my room mates and I went here to check out the prices for a washer and dryer.. They made it look like they had "great" deals.. The lady at the front desk asked if I wanted to FINANCE the washer and I said yes I'm trying to build my credit, so I got approved for a LG washer for $600-$800. I paid on it for a few months and almost had it paid off. I called to see how much more I owed on the washer. I had extra money and I had planned on just paying it off.They told me I've been leasing it... The person said if I want to own it I have to pay them another 1,000. ( this was about 6 months after having the washer) I had NO idea what the woman was talking about. I was NEVER told this! Or I would have left. Why would anyone want to lease something pay $600-800 dollars and give it back??!?!? I talked to the manager of the company so many times and he was supposed to be looking into it and I told him it needs to get fixed. That I was lied too. I NEVER heard anything and I figured it was taken care of since the payments stopped coming out of my account. & So now a year later they are asking me for $1,150 dollars to pay it off. My credit score dropped 21 points and I was just told it will keep dropping if I don't pay that balance. So after already paying $800 they expect me to pay another $1000??!?! Who in their right mind would get an item from here knowing this is what would happen to them. As I currently have an anxiety attack at work from hearing all this I'm EXTREMELY upset and this needs to be fixed.

My visit to Sears Outlet in Florence, ky was very pleasant. Store manager Ritchie was very knowledgeable, helpful and knew how to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend this store for your appliance shopping. I will definitely be a returning customer!
