Promised a 2 day project with 3 installers. Turned in to a  4 day project with 1 installer, 9 windows and 2 sliding doors. The locking mechanism on the sliding doors have been replaced twice.

The number doesn’t call “sears” and they only replace the entire window and frame. No repairs. They “connected me to a contractor” who’s number was disconnected.

Excellent service from start to finish.
