Great shopping experince where you find quality unusual items fairly priced. I noted today the day before Thanksgiving many items are marked down 70%! Making you take a second look. Friendly staff allows you to shop without pressure or stalking. Located on the North side of Reno street making it easy to find with abundant parking. Most people stopping in will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of casual furnishings, the variety, and the quantity.
I bought a wood stove from them during covid and had it installed after our remodel in February 2022. It was cold and after a couple of months the stove pipe began leaking. They had to come back last winter, same story and finally we decided to wait until summer when the sealant would seal better. I was charged $600 for an inspection and repair and I had to give them one of my new shingles. I tried for a week to talk about the poor instillation and why I had to pay after the prior instillation failed. It has been a week and after numerous emails showing receipts, voice mails and calls I haven't got a response. I won't shop there again!
Wow what a find they have the most beautiful outdoor furniture sets and ornaments , great service thank you Christian. You really need to go and see for yourself. I will be back .
This place has all your outdoor needs and wants
My fiancé and I got into the uncomfortable situation of our car battery giving out while we tried to shop next door to here. The employees suggested trying Seasonal Living and one of the nice men inside was able to assist us. I feel really terrible we pulled him from his work when we weren’t even customers, but he was nice enough to patiently jump our car so we could be on our way. Thank you so much for your help!
If I could have given them less than a '1' I would have. I bought a Christmas Tree there and spent $500. We have always bought our trees there. After getting the tree home, our daughter happened to see one at Lowe's that she liked much better. My husband went to return the tree and discovered that we had to pay a 20% restocking fee. You can do the math, that's $100 to put the tree back in the back room. I can see if I had had the tree for weeks and they had not had the opportunity to sell it, but I had owned it for a total of 2 days. Buyer Beware!!!! I loved shopping in their store, but I will never set foot in it again. Needless to say, I kept the tree. I couldn't afford to eat the $100.
Nice store. Cool stuff. Kind of expensive and the shopper stalkers are real! We had a guy that kept creepily following us through the store and it made extremely awkward and uncomfortable to even want to buy anything from there much less be able to talk to my husband about anything. Worth the trip though if you don't mind an employee following ya.
We bought a 500$ Christmas tree from them less than a yr ago. This year after completely decorating the tree we see that the entire middle lights have burned out ruining one of the most festive parts of Christmas time. My mother calls up and inquires about how to fix the tree. The guy asks my mom if she has left the lights on a lot... Really. Did you just ask if we leave the lights on the tree a lot? No we barely even use it... only turn the lights on for 5 mins a day just to say we did... idiot . So the guy goes on to say that we can come in and get some lights to fix ourselves or take the tree down and bring it to them to fix. My father goes in today to get what we need to fix the tree and Harold "helps" him. After being rude and short, Harold then scolds my dad for thinking the lights would be under warranty and explains to him that he has to pay making my dad feel like an idiot. Needless to say this is a simple problem that with some kind words and help could have made our experience a whole lot better but instead we will not be doing business with this place ever again. My family being self employed, we know all too well how important customer service is. We would never conduct ourselves this way.
Family owned. Employees are knowledgeable and the owner is often there and available. Merchandise is higher end, so if you're looking for cheap, this isn't it. We've made several purchases and have always left satisfied. Have had them warranty some patio furniture. They dealt with the manufacturer and did so with no problems. Picked up the old furniture, assembled and delivered the replacements. Will be buying from them again.
I went in there for a patio umbrella. There were 5 or 6 salesmen, some were with customers others weren't. I walked the store twice looking at several models not one salesman stopped to ask if i needed any help. I finally walked back to the front by the registers, there was an associate there that was just standing there looking outside the doors never acknowledged my presence. I almost walked out but another salesman walked up in the register area and finally asked if I needed help. It seemed like if you weren't in there looking to spend thousands they paid no attention to you. I won't be back.
