It was my first time dining in here, and had a great dining experience. Excellent service and very attention staff. They made sure to compensated us for unavailable items. Food was excellent. Thank you.
Edit: I went last night to get another and it was terrible, to say the least... Crab cakes filled with breading and barely any crab... Pizza was undercooked. I called about my crab cakes and was told to come the next day for a replacement and honestly it was no better. It's a no for me now!!! It has been a while since I ate from seasons and honestly, I was extremely hesitant because of previous orders not at this exact location but overall but from the young man that answered the phone to the hospitality I received upon arrival 5/5. Crab cakes had very little filling, the salad side was fresh and the fries were fresh. The only complaint was they gave me the wrong dressing I asked for French and got ranch.
This place is absolute garbage. The service is the worst I’ve ever seen. I came in and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. For TWENTY mins In an empty restaurants I waited patiently. Watching all of the staff of their phones, socializing with each other and NOT working at all. This is all after another customer that just left that also waited 45 mins to TWO pasta dishes he ordered online. When I finally walk up and this man child who goes to get my food that has been sitting for 15 mins once I see what bag he goes to grab….. I ask for a refund and when I say this is crazy he processed to tell me I don’t have to come back ever again. No worries, I won’t. Low class through and through in this place
Long time customer 1st time complaint, I have been eating season's pizza probably more then 15 years now and after my last experience will not go back. After an hour of waiting for my order and calling in and finding out they hadn't even started making it yet I gave them about 30 more minutes because I understand people are busy and businesses are short staffed when I call back in 30 minutes later I was asked if I wanted to speak to the manager I did not escalate it to this point their employees did.. Manager refused to get on the phone with me and I could hear him yell in the background tell him his food will be there in 7 minutes. No offer to get on the phone no apologies no concern for the customer at all. I decided to ask the delivery guy what was going on and he told me my food has been sitting on the counter for a while the manager has not said anything to us about it. So almost a entire 2 hour experience just waiting for some food. after a long day of work to have to deal with frustrations and then finally get my food and it's cold. I didn't even have the energy to call in to complain and who was I even going to complain to the manager wasn't gonna get on the phone anyway.. Would recommend using one of the other numerous pizza places that are in the area of Maryland ave there's tons of them that would love your business.
Is my favorite spot they have the best pizza they have great deals all the time they always have the extra large pizza with two toppenings for 12.99 perfect deal I buy every week from this location it'sFood: 5/5
Went into get dinner to support a local business. I was surprised that I was unable to get a slice of pizza at a pizza place. I ordered a cheese steak bowl and minused out the bed of rice and veggies....it took the man taking our order 3-4 times to repeat me order....then order a bacon cheeseburger and asked to upgrade the French fries to loaded fried to be told that couldn't be done. Let me add the man at the register then repeated the order 3-4 more times before a mgr. came and helped him. I was eating in the dining room but had to place my order at the counter then sit done! Now just hoping the food comes out right and tastes good. This place has gone down hill very bad, to the point this will be my last time ever coming here again. I can see why the average rating is 3 1/2 stars now. It won't be long until the ratings will be below 2 stars. This used to be a good place to eat so I asked the man whom took my order if the owners have changed. His response was he wasn't sure who owned it, then I thought okay now explains why the place is going down hill.
The staff is nice! The food was delicious. It took a little longer for two pizzas than we thought it should with what seems to be nobody in the dining room. But, overall good experience.
I know ya’ll have a history of me spending hundreds of dollars there. You send me a cheeseless cheeseburger with black burnt bacon and I always tip delivery drivers well. Check out what your burger will look like:
The food is usually decent , it varies from time to time. I only like their pizza. Everything else is pretty tasteless. The delivery drivers are extremely rude. The guy David and the others when dropping off food always ask if we’re gonna leave a tip. Which I find to be rude. Maybe if they weren’t so focused on feeling entitled to one they would actually get one, but their comments block their blessings. David guy even made a comment of saying “I’m never delivering here again”. Well hey buddy if you don’t like the job then quit. Try delivering with better customer service and a smile and you might have better luck.
The store was short staffed but friendly. I had to wait a little longer for my tuna salad.Food: 4/5
