The Friends of the Secaucus Public Library are holding our 14th Annual Mini-Fair and Book Sale on Saturday, September 17th from 10am-3pm (Raindate: Sunday, September 18th from 11am-3pm.)
We are currently looking for Vendors, Donors and Volunteers.
Vendors- We invite you to participate in the Mini-Fair/Book Sale by purchasing table space, setting up your spot and taking advantage of the many, many people—young and old—that the event’s varied attractions draw to the site each year. The cost for table space up to 8 ft. long is just $20, and the cost for space over 8 ft. is $35. Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs. Paid reservations must be received no later than Friday, September 9th.
Donors- Please consider taking advantage of this opportunity to partner with the Friends of the Library by sponsoring or co-sponsoring a prize for our raffle table. You can help by offering to donate a stand-alone gift, gift basket, gift certificate or other item to be used as part of a larger prize. Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated and will be used to purchase and create additional gift baskets for the raffle. Donations to the Friends of the Library are tax-deductible and will be publicly acknowledged on the day of the Mini-Fair.
Volunteers- We can never have too many Friends helping out on the day of the fair! To register as a Mini-Fair Volunteer, please contact Jenifer by emailing [email protected]. Please register early so that we can make sure that you are on our Official Volunteer Roster.
