Incredible Film Facility. "Planet of the Apes" and "American Horror Story"

Place is full of mold in the venting system, took me 6 months to recover

Not soundproof, but fancies itself as a sound stage. Built by people who should stay in their lane which is the restaurant business..Brennan family, shame on you for costing productions more money from delays due to rain on the roof making too much noise to record clean audio

Been a few times for auditions. Beautiful place. Very modern and pleasing to the eye. Friendly staff as well.
