Had a interview recently. I was told my resume and experience was amazing but I couldn't get the job unless I cut my dreads. I was willing to cover tattoos during summer, get rid of piercings in ear everything ,but getting rid of my none colored dreads was a NO GO!!!!

Good place to work once you get in..But there is some office favoritism..
