On the day of the visit the engineer was on time, polite and most importantly knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely fashion and gave me many helpful tips moving forward. I was having trouble with my laptop and Omar went above and beyond in repairing my laptop and providing services that helped my PC run better and more efficiently. My PC is running faster and Omar also recommended programs to keep my PC protected for the future. Let me begin by saying the customer service that was provided was exceptional. I’m not really good with technology nor electronics. I much rather have someone set things up with experience and knowledge and this company provided it. Im extremely pleased with my requests. I asked them to set up my entire living room and office room. They placed firewalls and set my router in a different location to maximize my range. All cables are well hidden and well put. Very competitive with prices. Strongly recommend Secure integrated technologies.
