I had no issues during my monitoring contract with Securetronics, the alarm worked as promised, and the monitoring was consistent, mobile phone functionality was very nice. Lori was always helpful, and respectful. We went through some billing issues, but they corrected them, and I am happy with the result
The best system with fully programmable smart features. The install service is amazing fast and friendly and the people are very personable. Always someone to talk with, never an automated call.
