Really enjoy working for them

Overall, Securitas is not that bad to work for. BUT, the Portland office will burn you if you quit. I gave and fulfilled a proper 2 week notice and still got listed as non-rehirable. I tried to contact the Portland office but the HR manager refuses to give me the time of day to even evaluate the evidence I have.

The company is great. It is up to you where you take your experience whether to the good or bad road. Everything is formatted and outlined for emoloyees to succeed, but as natural as it is there are many bad apples that ruin the reputation for the company. It’s all up to you.

They are very good com. Management people are so nice . Spicily Hr Kaite and schedule Maneger Thomas are so nice . I like to work with this company.

Incredibly rude to the people they interview. They would rather hire a thug with a record and teardrop tattoos on his face than someone with a mustache and a solid resume. Explain that. Literally watched them hire someone with teardrop tattoos while turning down someone who had more experience and a mustache.
