I've been banking with SBKC at the Strong Ave. location for the past few years and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience during these past few years. The tellers are always fast and friendly as well as my account manager, Sue. She is amazing in every way and has went above and beyond to always help me with any issues I've had. I would recommend switching to SBKC to anyone who isn't currently banking with them especially for that specific location.
I have an account and went to enquire about online banking additions. Vivi Calderon was available and helped me set up my account as I wanted, plus extra helpful on other questions I had during my walk in visit. Personnel there were all friendly. The lobby was clean an spacious. I even asked Vivi how she kept her large orchid alive as I had one before . We both shared excitement for the Chiefs game tomorrow... GO CHIEFS!!
Employees here are real nice and generous they help you out as much as they can with your banking problems. Love them they are like family to me. Bank is always clean.
Been going to this branch forever, and never had a problem but Alicia definitely stuck out to me. She was so nice, super knowledgeable, and very helpful!
We absolutely love security bank on Strong Ave! They are always so kind and are greeted right when we walk in the door. They chat with us and answer any questions we may have. It’s definitely a small town bank feel. We love to bank with them!
