The customer service was amazing. Very helpful in a time of stress. It was difficult to reach them by phone, but I did forget that they are only one person and have to also walk the grounds. So keep that in mind when trying to contact them. I just moved in so I don’t have a lot of experience with them yet. But the set up was super helpful. And we are happy with our storage unit and location.

I've had this unit for four days located off of Montgomery on Pan American. Upon my lease sign I asked questions about the safety of the area and history of breaking into units and the response given was "this is Albuquerque" That should have been my clue since the response was offensive and didn't address my question directly the associate was just rude. I've dropped off loads of belongings and decided to sort through some so I could donate and have more room. Also I decided to leave some tools so I could have more room for another load. Yesterday the associate decided to pull weeds outside the property to view my progress and when I acknowledged him he chose to ignore me. This morning he came to my unit to ask how it was going and said I had been there often and said there was no loitering which was very strange rude and insulting and was not in the rules he made sure to read to me at the lease sign I wished I had time to waste loitering but I don't nor to spend writing this review but find it necessary I'm going to call corporate and request a refund and move elsewhere cause I don't appreciate being treated and timed for something I pay for and isn't cheap

Cody made a stressful process super easy. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in our needs and not pushy about our decision making. We like the gated storage, cameras, and security. We are very happy with RightSpace Storage. Thank you Cody!!!

When I called the man was so nice and helpful. I asked if he had a unit size I needed he said he had one left so I rushed to go get it and as soon as I walked in I was meet with a friendly smile and a" welcome you must be the man who called ". Fast friendly and a good price.

Do not store your stuff here. Once the owners kicked out the nice respectful family they hired people with no respect. They upped the prices of the units. They open your doors without permit on. They steal your stuff. They will go into your storage and touch your stuff and just throw it back in. They don't have any respect for your things or you.

Just rented a unit here on Friday, 10/26/18 and my experience was really good. Susan was very professional and answered all of my questions. Today I wanted to change the location of where my unit was and she was able to accommodate me, even though it was going to be more work for her. I also met Cory today, while requesting to change my unit, and she too was a very friendly and helpful with the questions that I had. Would I recommend this storage facility? Yes! Friendly, attentive staff, clean and well maintained. Exactly what I was looking for.

I began my renting online, when I arrived it was very professional and friendly. Bought a lock and listened to the information provided. Found out I was located to a sister location, wasn't bad in distant wise. Got to the storage and was immediately disappointed. Called the office and they offered another unit on site. Sister site was in poor condition, old New unit is clean.. updated, especially the walls and gate.

My experience with RightSpace Storage well the name says it ALL it's the right place to be and the right place to store your belongings without any issues. The people there are friendly and courteous, they help you once you put your foot thru the door, answer any questions that you might have about the units they have and plus I like the chose of units they have size wise I had a unit that was just perfect for my needs at first but had to upgrade to a bigger unit and I was surprised that without any hesitation they found one that I needed and transferred me into that unit at a different price of course but just to have you relocate your stuff to another unit just like that I was surprised the grounds are clean well maintained and they notify you if any changes or of any activity will be happening that way you can get what you need out of storage before anything happens. I like RightSpace it's like your very own walk in closet Management and their employees are superb nice and friendly people I'm so comfortable being a customer there.

Very clean facility. Storage units are kept up and clean. Staff members are beyond amazing Respectful and helpful. I've rented many storages in different cities and this by far has been my favorite. Based on the cheap prices, staff experience as well as location.

Susan at I storage was awesome! She was so helpful friendly and accommodating. My lease is only for a couple of months,kinda between moves right now, but the next time I'm have storage needs or know anyone that does I'm looking for Susan and taking my business wherever she is. Istorage has a great location clean and secure facility and it's just down the street from food gas and u haul. Yeah!!!!
