I'd give this place 10 stars if I could!! I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment today with a relative of mine who was looking to purchase a car and I had by far the greatest experience here. We were immediately greeted by Alex and from there he remained with us every step of the way and went above and beyond in doing his job. What I love most is that he took his time to assess the needs, interests, and barriers to purchasing a car. With him obtaining that knowledge, it helped him to provide the service that was needed, although he went above our expectations!! He was very thorough, patient, and extremely hard working throughout the entire process. I'm happy to say that my relative was able to purchase a car and drive it off the lot!! Woot Woot!! They have such an amazing selection of cars here and also provide in house financing which was a plus!! The process was seamless! I highly recommend coming here to purchase a car! If you're looking for someone to work with you and go above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of, go to this place!! I also want to say that the other staff members there were phenomenal!! Very professional place, extremely accommodating, and operates with integrity!

Alex, Jordan, and Dave were all so helpful, kind, and professional. They really made this buying experience easy. I absolutely LOVE my Jeep! There were a couple things that needed repair before we finalized and they didn’t hesitate. A tech was sent to our house. I received a loaner vehicle, and they had everything done that day. Great buying experience at Select Automotive. Tyler was an excellent, down to earth, non-pushy salesman. There were no surprises. The general manager, John, was very helpful too and was able to help with price as much as possible. If you're looking for a new ride.... go talk to Tyler!

Until a few days ago, I was on a nationwide search for a particular used car, and Select Automotive had one in stock. Ultimately I went with another vehicle because the one here was unfortunately out of my price range, but they still deserve a good review by all means... I worked with Tyler C. remotely I'm from the Capitol region of Connecticut, and he was a pleasure to work with. He sent me detailed pictures of the vehicle in addition to the ones posted online, highlighting particular parts that I was concerned about. Always responsive and courteous. Thanks again, maybe our paths will cross in the future.

I came out in the rain and dark to look at a SUV. I was very interested in it. I asked if I could put a deposit down and come back during the day time to really get a good look at it. I was told no. With any skin in the game, I no longer felt obligated. Overall, I chose another SUV at a different place to purchase. They did hold it for me without a deposit for me to come back on a Saturday I have seen that the SUV is still on the lot with a price reduction. If only I had put down that deposit....
