Select Fire

My wife and I both enjoyed our time at the Select Fire range. Friendly, helpful staff. A big thank you to the range officer that helped us newbies learn to shoot! Prices were very competitive as well. A clean, safe, and professional establishment. Thank you Select Fire!

I like that they don't put up with any nonsense and take safety seriously. But they talk down to you and treat you like you are uneducated. I will no longer return here after I was accused of smelling like marijuana. The person who came in right before me was an older gentleman and it was definitely him but they assumed it had to be the younger guy and told me I could not shoot that day.

Amazing range. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great classes for all levels of skill. Very very clean and well stocked. Priced right, plus lots of discount options! #1 for beginners and those looking to just try.

I took a shotgun class here on 1/11/18. Our instructor, Mike, was fantastic! His classroom teaching was second to none, and he made sure we understood the lesson material and asked if we had any questions, multiple times. His demonstrations and exercises helped eliminate any questions I'd had on the Beretta A300. On the range he was laser-focused on safety, but even more outstanding a teacher. He was very encouraging, even when correcting a minor mistake (or four) on my part. Before we left, he again gave us the opportunity to ask more questions, and each was appreciated. I'm more proficient a shooter now, thank to Mike & SFTC. The range itself was great, and I especially appreciated how well-ventilated it was. The restrooms are appointed with plenty of lead removing soap as well. I look forward to going back.

Going into the shooting range, it can seem very intimidating (especially for someone like me who knows absolutely nothing about this)- but the staff wasn't even phased by the lack of knowledge we had going into our session. We had gotten there right at 5 pm on a Friday night for the date night which was the perfect time because there was hardly any wait time. Within minutes of getting there, we had gone through the safety instructions and paper work so fast that we were in and learning how to shoot instantly. The supervisor that was in the actual shooting range was SO helpful and really made our time even better. Can't wait to go back. Disclaimer: it is very easy to keep spending money while you're there and are in the high of the moment!
