The staff is wonderful and professional, and I'd love to recommend them based on that alone. However, they charge roughly $255 for 45 minutes of PT. After 6 calls with their billing department, I was able to learn they charge per unit/procedure, which is basically per exercise. Eight sessions cost me a month's income. Billing explained later that I could have chosen self pay option for $60-80 a session, but I "couldn't do it" anymore since health insurance was already involved. Great. Wish I'd been informed of my options ahead of time.
I received the best therapy ever! My shoulder underwent major rotator cuff repair and Carly guided me through the recovery. The whole staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Select PT again if the need arises.
I don’t recommend, the PT missed a lot of things in my therapy which delayed my recovery and the billing department is incapable of doing their job, a complete nightmare to deal with. I switched to another provider who is extremely thorough and cares about the progress of patients.

Select Physical Therapy was a great experience for me, Carly was the best. I don't have the words to say how much I appreciated this place. Everyone was great from the greeting we all received walking in the door the the, "have a nice day" when we walked out. I would recommend this place to anyone needing any kind of physical therapy. All the therapists are very knowledgeable.
Carly understands Vestibular vs Balance issues and is good about helping me learn to fix the issue rather than compensate. I'm realizing now I've been accepting my dizziness my whole life and I don't have to any more. Thanks Carly!
I have been twice, and both times everyone was very nice. I like Carly my therapist. She's good, and helpful.
First off, it's just a friendly place in general. Everyone on the admin side is very nice and helpful, and check-in each day is super simple. More importantly, though, the quality of treatment here is excellent. The sessions aren't always super long - depending on whether it's your first visit, the nature of your rehab needs, and how many different movements are required, it could be anywhere from 40 minutes to a full hour. But it's always plenty of time to learn and get familiar with the recommended exercises, and talk to the therapist about adjustments and how to approach the exercises at home. What was and has been most impressive to me, is that the therapists are just excellent at their jobs. They know how to identify exactly what muscles need to be strengthened, and what movements need to be done, in order to improve your condition. It's not just generic stuff - it's very specific movements based on your specific injury/need. And, in only a few weeks of doing the exercises, and only 3 sessions at the facility, I've seen a noticeable improvement in the strength and flexibility of my shoulder, which had been dislocated. And on top of all that, the therapists are super friendly too. They take the time to get to know you, ask you how your week was, and make sure you feel comfortable at all times during the session. Highly, highly recommended. I hope I don't have a need for PT in the future, but if I do, no question I'm going to Select.
Carly is an excellent PT and a genuinely kind person. She cares deeply about all of the patients who come through Select Physical Therapy. She helped me recover from a knee injury, and I would not be back to running / full mobility without her. I will refer and and all friends and family to Select PT, and specifically to Carly.
Carly is wonderful, and has created a program for me that fits my abilities perfectly, and I am so happy with myprogress.
