the best non toxic skincare / beauty store + salon there ever was. i cannot say enough good things about this place. it smells heavenly always. staff is helpful! it’s beautiful. we need more stores like this that are advocating and informing about nontoxic options! highly recommend a facial as well!

The level of professionalism and class is unmatched. From the environment to the consideration of the noise level, to the service- it’s exactly what I envisioned and needed. If you are looking for a desensitized experience with all your senses - in the way of calming and relaxing- book this place. The services provided, are informative and relaxing. I really could not ask for a better experience and look forward to coming back.

The environment and team were so welcoming and kind. I truly cannot rave or express my gratitude for my service. Joe was informative, thorough, and exceed my expectations during my Lymphatic massage. I highly recommend this professional, relaxing establishment.

This was my first time at Selenite spa. I absolutely loved it. I was greeted warmly. The spa is beautiful, and brings all the elevated relaxation feels. It truly feels like you are not in Charlotte anymore with the interior design. Lisa, my massage therapist was excellent. She was so kind and made me feel at ease. She’s also very talented. Coming in for a facial from my girl Audrey is what I consistently look forward to every couple months! Each appointment feels exceptionally special, but not stuffy. It’s a treat, but can be as convenient or casual as you need! Audrey customizes my facials for me, and she gets to know my skin and me! very well. She’s there to help, and she never pushes any products. She just helps me work with what I’ve got! I love the details of name cards, burning palo santo, and the thoughtful ambiance that immediately calms my nervous system. Can’t recommend Spa at Selenite enough!!

This is the most beautiful spa “sanctuary” I have ever been to. I felt so taken care of and relaxed. All my skin care needs were met from acne to dryness. I left with the most glowy beautiful skin and purchased some products that were used during my facial as well to help treat my acne and skin overall. I highlight recommend this place for anyone looking for relaxation or overall skin treatment. I also love that they only promote clean, natural skincare products. No junk. Love love love this place and the experience I had.

Thank goodness this spa / shop is closing. Aside from the wisdom and skill of one of their estheticians Saskia, I would not come back. The manager Olivia was not helpful in resolving multiple issues I had during my membership with the Spa refund/exchanges, pre-orders, and managing my membership The emails took several days to reply during business hours even after reaching out multiple times. I also don't agree with the practice of verbally asking for a tip amount for the spa services during checkout - it feels pressuring and uncomfortable especially after a relaxing spa experience. As a loyal customer and 'member' who has spent thousands of dollars on services and products in the past months the membership alone spending over $200/month + hundreds on products I don't feel very valued from the business based on how they've responded and communicated. Hopefully the temporary closing of the spa allows time to re evaluate business practices, ethics, and morals and team training in customer service. I'm happy to follow the estheticians elsewhere where my money and support is handled with more gratitude and care.

I dropped in just to check the place out and Brandy was so helpful! I know next to nothing about skin care and she helped me recognize my skin type and even showed me specific products that would be beneficial. I wasn’t ready to buy anything because I was just browsing and dropped in on a whim but now I know where to go for beauty products and when I need professional advice!

Lisa gave me the absolute BEST massage I’ve ever had. It was like I was explaining every single place I needed her to hit; she just could read exactly what my body needed. She was so personable and professional and gave great advice after. My back has never felt so relaxed. It was so good I signed up for a membership! Thanks Lisa!

The spa at selenite is wonderful. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, the staff were so kind. Good vibes everywhere. I went in for their signature facial + enhancement with Audrey, and it was nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait to come back.
