Been going to yoga at Self Quest for 20 years. I feel so good, my balance is excellent and all the meditations have kept my mind clear. The classes are wonderful and the people that attend are so friendly and helpful. Hope you will come and try a class and you will feel good about yourself physically and mentally.

This is a wonderful Yoga Studio!! Taught by Dr. Debbie who's an expert on how our bodies work and what we need to do to be active and healthy for a long, long time! Classes are very affordable and she offers morning and evening classes every week!! She truly loves what she does and cares about every one of her students!!

Dr. Debbie is the best...She makes everyone feel special. I've been doing yoga over 20 years and I know it has helped me. There are day classes and night classes.
