Senate Termite Control

Extremely unhappy. Called them out for mice, Was told I needed termite treatment. Paid for it and quarterly service. A year later they called and kept trying to schedule a time to come out and meet with me for a follow-up inspection for my warranty service. Unfortunately I work a lot and couldn't coordinate it with them. Kept trying to tell them that they should just come out and inspect and we can talk on the phone. They kept saying they couldn't do that. I called back today and talked to a supervisor who confirmed they like to meet with the homeowner in case a contract needs to be signed and then I learned that my warranty is no longer valid because they couldn't come inspect when they initially called. I was shocked to say the least, especially because they didn't expressly state that my warranty would be void if I didn't make time to meet with them for this follow-up inspection. I'm beyond frustrated and have cancelled my quarterly pest service because of this. I was willing to try and find a time to meet but I had no idea it was out of warranty. I feel like I was taken. And FYI, my mouse issue wasn't resolved. I solved it by catching them myself, so the reason I initially called wasn't even fixed correctly. Be aware that they require you to be home and available to meet with someone to keep your warranty. Senate, if you want to change your mind here, I'm willing to stay on but I need you to be more flexible in how this is done and I want my termite warranty back

We recently had our home treated. Obviously, seeing the results will take time. But the service alone is great! Thank you for your prompt response, Mike. He's such a down-to-earth guy. Business understanding that is second to none. Strongly recommended! We will undoubtedly return next year when we are scheduled for another treatment!

It also speaks well of them as an employer, because excellent people do not stay in terrible positions for lengthy periods of time. Our technician remembers us, performs an excellent job, answers all of our questions, and goes above and above to ensure our happiness and safety. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Raymond was very courteous and professional. His disposition was very friendly during his visit and he did his job great. Raymond is always on time when he visits my home. He always has his gloves and mask on which I appreciate. Raymond is the best technician and I like to request him for each visit. I would recommend Raymond and Senate.
