Senior Center

We do line dancing here. Just love it. Good place and good people here. If you check it out they have lots to do here.

My first time there in Feb. A very small building with few resources that can be utilized at any one time. They have one tread mill that I saw. A pool table... in the same room as aerobics, and the room is maybe 30×40ft. It's maybe 3600sq ft. Since we are indoor most of the year, I would like to see the inside focused on. However, it looks to have about 600ft of nice clean beach front on Grand traverse bay. Tennis courts in view of the bay (nice!). But, it's so close to traffic in a very congested area, it's noisy, and hard to drive in and out. As a Senior I felt like a second class citizen. I walked away a little disappointed that at 62, they really had nothing for me and uncomfortable being in such a cluttered and tight space.

Wonderful public beach that is always clean. Tennis courts are also open and kept in good condition.
