I've been working with seniors Helpers now since late May of 2022. I must say I enjoy my job as a caregiver but, I enjoy it even more working with Seniors Helpers. The staff is so nice, very supportive and encouraging. They are constantly giving you training on line. They connect you with excellent clients whom appreciates you just as much as the company. They work with your schedule and try to give you the hours that you're looking for. I am glad to be part of this company because they actually care about you as well.
they abandoned us when their caregiver was in an accident and broke her leg. they did not provide a replacement and we were left to care for my mom with dimentia. they stopped calling and became impossible to contact despite promises to always be there for us. I would strongly urge using any other service.
They were happy to promise everything then sent a caregiver with NO experience who had NEVER made a bed before!!
We are very pleased with our current helper and Norm is very willing and effective regarding concerns.
