I really had a ball here. You open the door and you have to catch your breath… so much music and instruments and fun and … I like to just go and explore
Super! The team at Senseney music did a great job fixing my vintage Buescher tenor sax. They were fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. If you have a special horn that you need pro work on, this is your place.
I've always loved Senseney and it is a magical place! However. Brenda is not super nice. Knowledgeable, but not nice. Kinda soured my experience.
This is one of the best music stores in Kansas! The service is amazing and you can't find the wide range of selections anywhere else. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll help you find a way to get it! Great place for musicians and music teachers.
The whole time that I was there, they were super nice and friendly guiding me towards the right things that I asked for and did a great job explaining everything. I am proud to say that I bought a new piano from them, would definitely come back for other instruments.
I went in with the woman to get her first guitar. Neither of us know much about guitars, but Steve really helped us figure out what would be a good starter for her. The selection of guitars, and other instruments was pretty good. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back.
They are the best instrument and maintenance company I have ever dealt with. I love my Taylor guitars and the awesome customer service. Wonderful people. Thanks Jennifer, and Steve.
I hate having to leave a negative review especially for a local place like this but this experience really bothered me. I brought my instrument in for repair and the lady who was extremely rude by the way called me to let me know the cost of the repair but also said I had to pay for the repairs over the phone or I could send a check but that they would not start on the repair until they received the money. I thought this was odd b/c the instrument was worth a lot more than the repairs needed and I have never been asked to pay for repairs in advance at other places. When my husband picked up the repair we were asked to pay for the repair and my husband said we already paid for it. They told Him that they never ask for money in advance for a repair but we explained to them what this person said to us when they called and it turns out they did have my CC number on file. I was happy with the repairs but the lack of organization up front and the rude lady calling me about the repair was unsettling.
I bought a Yahama electronic piano from Seneney Music, and I am so glad that I did. There are many decisions to make before buying and I was helped through the process by one of their staff persons who listened for what I needed and guided me through the process. I appreciate the excellent customer attention I received at Senseney.
I have only had an instrument repaired here. I had a 1928 violin that needed some restoration done. Repairing an instrument can be expensive. I had to split this into 2 different operations. I would recommend I just wasn't prepared for the amount of the repairs. They will give you an estimate up front so I actually knew that.
