Absolutely downhill since new ownership. Don't go. Scant inventory and sales staff would not let me in fitting room saying it was being used for other purposes. Three people in store and no one greeted me or tried to help. Promising return. When I did they flipped the script on a store credit. Knowing I was interested in only one item.. I was so upset with customer service I left without my $76 credit. They are headed to bankruptcy. They deserve it.

Great place to stop in and check out if your looking for any toys, lube or novelty items for all pleasures across the board. The staff were very welcoming and helpful yet respectful of my privacy. Not intrusive at all. They also have some great suggestions for food that was an added bonus to my stop. Regardless of your appetite this is the place to check out. Will return before I leave Hawaii. Very clean and upbeat.

Great place!!! Staff members greeted me promptly, asked what I was looking for or if I needed help, was very friendly and knowledgeable of products. Bought a few corsets, lingerie and shoes from here. Great selection of 'love fun' accessories. I used to feel awkward walking in here- but the only one making me feel that way was myself. The workers are very nice and helpful. Through yelp- you can get $40 for $20 specifically for sensually yours. I bought it and used it while there. Don't know how long that option will last- but I liked saving me $20! Staff is friendly, there's a decent amount of parking and a fair selection of lingerie and toys and creams and oils for spicy nights-- alone or with your partner ;-

Went in immediately advised to leave. Just a normal woman with my husband no craziness or inappropriate attire between us. Their lose on probably a $300+ shopping experience. Needs better customer service!

A friendly staff member greeted me when I walked in and asked if I was looking for something in particular and helped me navigate through their selection of toys, asking me what price range and style I preferred, taking time to listen to me and show me a selection fitting my needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Prices and selection were good, too!

Big selection of products! The place is very comfortable to go in, not sleazy. And the sales associates are sooo nice, and willing to help, give suggestions, or help you find what you are looking for. They make me feel so comfortable, that I'm not ashamed to ask for help.

I went here for a friend and was impressed with the selection and many brands of lube but was left feeling rather underwhelmed and borderline offended that their double dong with balls offerings did not come in my shade. Shaking my heads.

Everyone was super friendly and staff was super accommodating and helpful in finding EXACTLY what I wanted. Would come again
