Dr. Malapira team is awesome I have been going to them for years and I have had no problems don't listen to the negative comments everyone has there own opinion on how a practice should be ran. But at the end of the day they get the job done. They never been in my room for only 3 mins without me asking questions.
I had a very nice experience at the Virginia Beach office. The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful and I was called back to see the doctor before my official appointment time. The nurse was very nice and professional as was the PA I saw.
Dr. Thomas may be brilliant but absolutely no empathy or warmth. Noticeably uncomfortable when she delivered me the worst news of my life. She is not warm at all.
