I scheduled a new patient appointment in May 2022 for the Nurse Practitioner. I have been patiently waiting for this appointment because the last doctor I was seeing had left the practice and I was tired of having my doctors leaving the practice which happened a lot. I had just filled out my new patient forms and early check in. The next day, I receive a message email from the office that they had called me to cancel my appointment they had not and so they just canceled my appointment and rescheduled me for March 2023. This was a complete waste of my time. It is hard enough to find a doctor AND have to wait months to finally see them just for them to cancel 5 days before the appointment. When I called to cancel the March appointment, I was met with rudeness. Don't waste your time! I would have given 0 stars if I could but I will give them one thing. The initial woman who scheduled my appointment was the kindest person I have ever talked to in a doctor's office. I also wound up talking to her yesterday about the canceled appointment and she was so kind and apologetic.

I have been a patient with this practice since around 2004. My first Doctor was Dr. Howard Weinberg. My current doctor is Dr. Merilyn Nelson. She was a new doctor with the practice and I've been with her every since. I have a good patient relationship my physician. Dr. Nelson office staff is very rude. My pharmacy sent a Prior Authorization request for medication to the office several times. I called the office, when one of the staff members answered, she answered with a hello not identifying the office name. I thought I had the wrong number due to the just hello. when asking about the Prior Authorization, she said we are waiting for the pharmacy to send Prior Authorization, I told her pharmacies don't do Prior Authorizations. The doctors submit Prior Authorization's, then she said we are waiting for the insurance company to send Prior Authorization forms which is not true, the office has this information. From the very beginning of the phone call she did not want to answer questions. I requested to speak with doctor and never got a return call. Another office staff member slammed the phone down on me after she contacted to tell me about a referral that I tried to explain to her I called after emergency room visit prior to her calling to request Dr. Nelson put in a order to see a different doctor than she stated. How can you assist when you don't listen to what the patient is saying. I left many other messages not passed on to the doctor. I cannot continue to stay with a doctor with rude staff members.

Had to go see my primary who is dr. Haggerty who is very good at what he does for your understanding I appreciate him and he treats me with the utmost respect and he takes very good care of my health and keeps an eye on everything I do for my.

Been a patient for 4 yrs. Maybe it's me, but I feel like my Primary Care doc has lost me. I was happy until his original nurse left. Should I chg docs because of his new nurse? I'm too old to deal with a rude uncompassinate individual. She is the primary contact.

Honestly, I'm so sick of calling up when I need a quick appointment for whatever aliment is going on and them telling me the DR is booked for the next two weeks minimum - and I would need to go to urgent care which costs much more under my insurance plan. Not sure about anyone else but sitting in urgent care with every flu and contagious sickness lurking in every corner for a meager review from someone who doesn't know a thing about you other than your regular Dr.'s notes is not my idea of good service. They give you a prescription for something you don't need and tell you to wait for the next appointment two weeks later with my regular physician. JOKE> There's no last minute appointments or exceptions for anyone. I've had this happen several or more times - time to look for a new Dr. Don't believe the hype from people who haven't been going here long enough to experience what it's really like. Good riddance!

Dr. Palting is an exceptional doctor but scheduling a quick appointment is impossible. I recently had a retinal tear. The ophthalmologist was requiring I be cleared for surgery. All of this was last minute because of the timing of the retinal tear. I didn’t plan nor can I schedule a retinal tear. Well, his office said that can’t see me because they don’t have an opening and that an appointment could be as long as six months. I am hoping this does not cancel my surgery which I fought to get. I guess it is time to look for a more accommodating primary care physician, if they exist.

Stay away from this place. They billed my insurance company and my family for services they did not provide, very dishonest people! Dr. Zachary and the nurse agreed with us we never received those services. We have tried solving this issue with the Billing Office for over 2 years now, they never return our calls, this is unacceptable! I'm contacting Corporate Office.

Dr Williams is the best doctor I have ever had! Excellent care and referrals to great specialists if needed. The entire staff at his facility is fantastic. Great bedside manner and everyone is friendly and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend him and his facility.

Whatever happened to doctors who care about their patience? I recently moved to the area and was trying to establish care with a new doctor but I have 2 major concerns neither of which were addressed then they double billed me for services that I never even received forget about trying to communicate with their billing department I'm contacting medicare clearly this is fraud.

I love Dr Kaplan!! He is the best NP ever!! He is caring, super sweet, he listens, doesn't judge, and he gets things done for you and makes sure your issues are addressed.!! As long as he is there I'm his patient!
