World-class collection of aeronautical, engineering and electronics experts with perhaps the most cumulative experience in Unmanned Systems that you'd ever hope to find. The company is an incredible blend of civilians, first responders and military veterans with decades of professional, military and hobbyist hours behind the controls of virtually every UAV imaginable. Whether it's submersibles, ground rovers or drones, they can design, build, sell, service, support and professionally utilize the vehicles and software to support any mission on land, at sea and in space; all while making their clients feel warm and welcome, and in the best hands possible. It is truly a unique blend of impressive people from not only around the world, but right here from the Eastern Shore of Virginia and Maryland. If you're looking to purchase a drone or RC plane, then you definitely want to call on these folks first. You will NOT find a better price or a more helpful group of people, than when you walk through their door. I'd suggest calling ahead to schedule a time to drop in with questions related to purchasing unmanned vehicles, whether it be quad-copter, octacopter, Rover, plane or whatever, for yourself or your children. If it's for your children, and you're not a subject matter expert, then you really should go where you can talk to people who are FAA licensed remote pilots, that understand the federal/FAA, State and local laws on operating drones, especially with regards to all of the air space restrictions. The illegal operation of a drone in many places around here could cost you a fortune in Federal fines alone. So know the law and protect your wallet when giving the gift of drones to your family. This warning includes public events, where licensed professionals fly drones - they have submitted all of the necessary federal, State and local forms to obtain permission to for that air space at that time, in order to take video and photos for the event. People suddenly think ANYONE can fly a drone and launch their drones, illegally. They're in violation of any number of laws, as well as interfering with the safe flight of the licensed professionals. Understanding things like this, could mean the difference between you and your family being cited for breaking any number of laws. Avoiding fines that could cost you more than your net worth, is always a good thing. The best part about these folks is that they also provide an educational service that is the perfect pathway to knowing how to safely operate a drone AND to knowing the laws, regulations and to obtaining your remote pilot's license, if you decide to do so after taking their course. It is a great investment of your money and time, if you plan to operate an Unmanned Aerial System. I feel like this is the part where I should say something like, "And be sure to tell 'em that Big Tex sent y'all on down there!! Ya hear?!?!???" It's not an advertisement; it's a report about another of the hidden gems you can discover on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, if you know where to look. :-)
