This is my second experience and it continues to be great. They are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The phone is promptly answered and Matt really "goes the extra mile" to help. Also want to thank Jean at the other nearby location. This is a skilled team who insure that the property is always clean and orderly. Highly recommend this place as the staff makes it outstanding!
They collect due monies for storage professionally! I never had a rude call or notice from their representatives. If I forget any payments it’s because I am swamped but I did switch to auto withdraw after 2 years. Hopefully I will obtain 3rd rental property so I won’t need storage but until then I am their customer.
Friendly staff. Professional and courteous. Place is clean and secure. Well lit up and gated with access only by code. Would highly recommend. I had surgery recently and when I called they let me know I had a ten day grace period to bring in next month's rent. I also found out that I could give them payment by credit card right over the phone. Thank you to the staff again for being so friendly and helpful.
I recently had the occasion to visit your facility looking at storage units for my daughter who is moving out of state for a while. I have to say I was impressed with the service and attention I received from Joe and Nancy. They were very pleasant, professional and informative. They really know their stuff. I would gladly do business with them again. Just wanted you to know what a gem you have in those two.
Safe and secure facility with a top notch staff. Friendly and courteous while not being pushy to make a sale. Well maintained property, which is always good, I have had 3 units at 3 different times and there is a reason I keep coming back. +1 Would rent again! ///slashies
Pros - joe and Donna are very nice and will work with you if you get backed up on payments ! Costumer Service is on point Storage units are clean and grounds are kept clean as well If I were to ever move to de and needed a unit I’d use them again just because they have great customer service Cons - I personally think they are a little expensive but I’m also from phila and storage units are cheaper and b4 anyone wonders why I had a unit my other half lived in de and needed somewhere to put his stuff till he moved in phila with me Thanks again joe and Donna much appreciated - Courtney aka farmer

I can only say great things about my experience with Sentinel where I stored my motorcycle! Unit was clean, grounds well kept, and area was secure. Staff was always courteous and polite.
Made a reservation for storage, when I got there they claimed they lost the paperwork, clerk claimed that they had no smaller units so I can buy a bigger one witch was too high of a price.
What a shame. Really thought this was a nice place but our brand new travel trailer was broken into and they took everything.... including our registration, insurance, everything. Thanks for the safety!
