Good training, I upgraded this to five stars I had it as a three Star, due to certain reasons but Master O’Halloran went out of his way to fix those issues. Good place to send your kids or to go get a black belt of your own! Highly recommend!
I'm only giving it one star because I would like to let people know that I was trikes into to singing a contract. And that I feel like it's super expensive and they didn't even give me a brake that I'm a hard working single mother. I advise everyone before bringing your children to have in mind that there is a contract they make you sing for a whole year and If you are unable to pay they will charge almost 700.00 to cancel
We went to a "tournament" against themselves. They lost our son. We were terrified. They will NOT answer, or return calls. I had to drive down just to talk to someone about canceling. I can't even write everything that's happened. They hand out black belts to whoever pays. Worse than car salesmen. A real joke. Embarrassing that I paid as long as I did.
This is a great place for children and adults alike to learn discipline and respect. It's been many years since I was in martial arts and now I am 60 and starting again. I feel better about myself and even have my 10 yr old daughter enrolled. Nothing but positive re-enfocement from the staff and Master O'Halloran. Life occurs...enjoy it with others.
We have 2 girls that attend Seo’s in Arvada. They like attending because they have a variety of instructors and a variety of form/combinations they learn each visit. There is a good mix of younger and older learners. They have free WiFi and a good mix of chairs and tables for parents to sit. Both of my girls look forward to attending classes each week.
I disagree with anyone saying this school is easy to earn your belt. Mr.Gomez, ms.amber, Ms. Heather, Ms. Sofia have all been great. They deal with my little dragon and help him feel like he needs to focus more, and build his control on his temper. Classes are usually 45 mins long but they are enough to let a little kid know what he wants to be better at. I'm happy to be apart of this school, and what they teach.
Our daughter has been training 3 times a week at Seo's for 4 months and she absolutely loves it! We always feel genuinely welcomed when we walk through the doors. The school teaches with emphasis on core values such as positive self esteem, self awareness and self discipline. The amazing benefits of this school are easily seen when observing the higher belts that have been training here for a long while. Being new to martial arts, there was a bit of sticker shock when it came to pricing. However, after looking around at other programs, we believe they are very fair and are truly committed to teaching and helping to bring out the very best in our child both on and off the mat.
My grandaughter loves going and never complains. We had her in dance and gymnastics and she never wanted to go back. With karate she looks forward to it. We have been going for a year now and just can't say enough about it.. The instructors are all fabulous and work well with the students.Thank you Seo's Academy!
We joined Seo's almost 18 years ago when our kids were 5 and 6 and trained there for over two years, we were very satisfied and sad to leave the school due to some life changes. A few years ago our youngest son wanted to try martial arts, and because we had moved, we tried 3 different schools closer to our home. None of them measured up, so eventually, we re-joined Seo's. This martial arts school is head and shoulders above the rest with quality instructors, facilities, and a great curriculum. Your family will learn life skills along with the physical aspect of martial arts. Seo's gets my highest recommendation, they are second to none.
