Sephora

As someone who is not a makeup expert, I can not emphasize how amazing these employees are. I had Corey not sure of the spelling as my personal shopper and I left with the perfect products for my skin. They found me exactly what I had been looking for! Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. I know that I will be coming to this location time and time again!

They spent more time chasing some lady who stole a mascara out thank helping me to replenish my skincare during the last day of the sale. One guy “forgot” he was helping me…. The guy from Louisiana was really nice.

frances was such a kind and helpful cashier! their makeup was so nice and complimented their face so well, it was lovely! they had such good recommendations - one of the products they recommended to me was right up my alley! i was shocked, because it was a floral perfume i’m not much into florals but they read into the other notes i said i enjoyed and influenced me to branch out. i ended up a big fan! definitely a staff member worth keeping

Yesterday I went here to get some makeup for an event I'm attending next week, and since I rarely wear makeup, I needed help. The young lady that first assisted me pointed me in the direction of a foundation brand that was precisely the kind of liquid foundation I was looking for. She matched me, and at the time, I didn't realize it was much too dark...by like several shadesuntil I got home under more bright lighting I want to say I don't blame her for the confusion, as my skin is fair, but with olive undertones, and it looks somewhat tan in certain lighting, plus I have freckles. The next thing I needed assistance with was eyeshadow, and I met Cory, a person with curly hair and great wit. They helped me find the perfect color to match my dress, gave me some great advice for putting on the eyeshadow, that I must admit went over my head a bit since I haven't consistently worn makeup in about 10 years. When I went home and realized that that the foundation was extremely dark for my skin... I returned the next day. Cory was there again, and I was super grateful, and showed them the mismatched foundation, and they immediately took me over to the section for the brand I bought, looked at my skin, and then grabbed the correct one right off the bat. We went over to check it under a bright light and mirror, which I wasn't aware was available when I first came in, and they applied it, and you couldn't even tell I was wearing anything. When I went to check out, another person helped me, whom I don't remember their name, just that they had short dark hair and were a Scorpio like me. They were super nice, and even gave me the yearly birthday gift that sephora gives you, and I got a nice setting powder. All in all, the staff at this location is exceptional, kind, fun, and honestly just have a great sense of style as well. I highly recommend this location, as you will not be disappointed! I used to shop at Ulta in the past...and this was my first experience at Sephora, and I can tell you they have a new lifetime customer. Also, I tried the foundation at home, and tbh it was the best match I've ever had for my skin. Ilia is a great brand!

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff but it turns out they don't really carry nail polish especially not the UV lamp gel kit kind which maybe is a known thing if you're familiar with the brand but if you're like me and gift shopping for someone else, was a bit surprising

Marcia was Super knowledgeable, helpful & kind. Made my shopping experience easy as possible. Purchased more items then I came in for.

The security staff was very helpful! Gave great advice on their men's cologne section and helped me select a couple that have gotten me tons of compliments.

It's a smaller one and while I was there, I assume because I had shopping bags with me and because it's downtown, I was followed by security the whole time as if I was going to steal something. Not that thieves exactly have a look but I definitely don't look like someone who steals so I found this very irritating and a bit offensive. Not sure I'll be going back to this location. It always seems to be crowded as well.

The WORST customer service Ive experienced in a Sephora. We wanted to try a blush and the sales person asked where I took it from, took it from my hands, placed it back and said not to touch and left. It felt so rude, if there are specific sanitation measures I am fully onboard but that is not something that was disclosed or explained, I felt shamed and humiliated. Will never return and buyer beware.

Corey is an absolute gem. Helped me find so many items and was so kind and extremely knowledgeable.
