They have the worst customer service. Two sale associates decided there conversation was more important than helping the 2 customers they had at the present time. I gladly took my business to Ulta were i was able to purchase the items i needed

Since ULTA did not have my orange lipstick I tried Sephora next door in Prince George's Mall. Not much selection. Did not stay long.

Messy store. I bought a Target Eyelash curler then got home and realized it had already been used it had eyeshadow/mascara on it. Their baskets were all over the place and dirty.

Such a sad representation of what's supposed to be a good store. Lackluster customer service and No products

The service is always rude or dismissive. Not to mention they never have anything I need in stock. The lady Kay seemed like I was bothering her so I left. The location by Chinatown is the best around the dmv.

The associate was nice but the store it self was horrible. There was no organization. There weren't any good samples on the shelves dried up and/or dirty or weren't any at all for that matter. It was DIRTY. No selection whatsoever. The make up station was disgusting.
