Sephora Nail Salon

I was allowed to walk out and go to another Salon after having an appointment. Cassie scheduled me a week in advance and when I arrived, she told me someone else would do my nails. I would not allow it. This happened several times in 8 years. I did not receive the quality I've grown accustomed to when I allowed a less experienced person to do my nails. Cassie basically told me to go and I did!!! Finesse happily took me in as a walk in! This is poor service! There are too many nail salons in this and other areas for me to accept poor service. Never will I accept poor service!!!!

I do not recommend anyone go to this place. I went there today for an eyebrow wax, and the lady took a chunk of my eyebrow out! To add insult to injury, she told me it was like that when I got there...... really???? I am very disappointed in the service I received today and I am advising everyone to go elsewhere so you don't become a Patchy Patty like I did, and how convenient, 3 days before Thanksgiving.

The people are super friendly, you can understand them. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and another fantastic thing is you can see them sanitizing there instruments. The only thing I don't like was when I went they were a little under staff, but it could of been that it was Memorial weekend. But everything was FANTASTIC. Do NOT belive the bad reviews!!!

Every visit, any technician has exceeded expectations. Clean. Very friendly and genuinely engaging. I feel there is a respect and gratitude for clients. They keep to appointments and don't overbook OR rush. Products are good quality as evidenced by how long their work stays good. Highly recommend.
