Serendipity Labs-Denver

Been waiting 6 months to get my retainer back after the end of my lease. Every inquiry has been brushed off with no real answers. Inexcusable.

We hosted a Networking Event at the Serendipity Labs and had an outstanding experience. The staff communicates Molly, Ariana and Will are great hosts and communicate well. We loved the room, the view and had a great event overall. Thank you!

Hosted a lunch meeting and it was amazing - everything was executed perfectly! The room set up was exactly what we needed, the wireless AV was incredible to use and the catering menu was fantastic. Highly recommend utilizing the space for everyday meetings and/or a regular work space!

Molly and Will are AMAZING!!! I needed a short term lease and I looked all over downtown Denver...there are a ton of choices around downtown, however their hospitality and the beautiful space that over looks the city sealed the deal. Looking forward to moving in!

This is the perfect co-working space in Downtown Denver! There's easy street parking, amazing views of both the mountains and the Denver skyline, and a beautiful workspace with privacy glass! Also, the staff is super helpful and welcoming!

I was very productive working in this modern, bright space! Lots of comfortable community space, private offices and group offices, as well as conference rooms of various sizes to accommodate meetings. Great working environment and friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone trying to find a productive office environment!

Best view of Denver, and a majestic place to get good work done. Glad to call this place my home away from home!
