It was relaxing. Stress is my major issue. I felt relaxed during and after. My throat felt dry for a few seconds but water soothed it right away. I could feel healing taking place. The price is right and 45 minutes is just enough time. I'll be back soon
Ive never felt better. Afraid of drs. I can breath n stuff in lungs seems to break apart easily as i get it out. Its relaxing as well and my skin also looks amazing from the salt. Even my lips feel less chapped after the session. I would definitely recommend this therapy to people with lung or skin issues. Cant wait to go back in :
First timer. Great experience. Helpful orientation prior to the 45 minute session. Very relaxing. Helped clear some seasonal allergy congestion. Will be going back any time I have respiratory issues.
Does amazing things for my sinus pressure headaches. Not to mention my sinuses and allergies. I have been wanting to treat them naturally without having to take a bunch of over the counter meds all the time. I visit a couple times a week. Makes such a difference!

This was my first time in a salt spa and it was really relaxing. The process was a bit scattered prior to getting in the room and I wish it would have been a bit more of a relaxing process coming out instead of the owner popping her head in and basically saying "you're done." Overall though, it was a good experience.
Absolutely love coming here. Owner is so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I love coming here relaxing and meditating. I’ve really noticed an improvement in my allergies
