I had never use their services. But when I called to ask for estimate and service I like the way the owner was being with potential customers. And how quickly he respond. And the service was excellent. He came on time and my carpet was left so clean and almost dry. It took short time to have our carpet clean and dry. I will say like 4 hours. We used Serrano Cleaning Services to do a move out  cleaning services, I have to leave the house as the same condition, when I move in to the house 3 years ago as my landlord give me a cleaning list, I was worried because Serrano cleaning services company didn't have any reviews on Google but after I made some searching on the internet I found the same company on Yelp and Angie's list in both places this company is  highly recommended. Then I  decided to contact the company then we set up a time to get Jose the owner come over to see the house to give me the quote, he gave me an approximate cost of the job to me was a little bit higher than I was expecting to pay but after he showed me what's needed to be done on move outs, I agree with the amount, because I was just focusing on the basic cleaning, I didn't know that it has to be  done much more detailed for move outs, everything was very smooth they did it a great job the house was even better than expected, they really deserved the 5 stars,

I asked this company to clean my folders and the truth is that it left it like new. I thought that because the folder was white it wouldn't look excellent but the truth is that it surprised me a lot...
